You do not self-register for NADI. Access is provisioned by the University and linked to your official UBD identity, so you sign in with your @ubd.edu.bn account through Microsoft UBD (Single Sign-On). Find your situation below.
Students
Your account is created automatically when you are admitted and enrolled. Sign-in details are issued by Admissions / the Registry with your offer or enrolment confirmation.
Staff
Accounts are provisioned through Human Resources when you join. Your role-based access in NADI follows your appointment; speak to your department or HR if access is missing.
Alumni & guests
Alumni and authorised partners are granted access to specific services (such as the Alumni Portal) where eligible. Contact the IT Service Desk to request or restore access.
1 Getting access
Because NADI accounts are tied to your University record, the fastest route depends on who you are:
- Newly admitted students — use the credentials sent with your admission or enrolment. If you have not received them, contact Admissions / the Registry.
- New staff — your account is set up via HR onboarding; your line manager can confirm the systems your role grants.
- Alumni, contractors or visiting collaborators — request access through the IT Service Desk, including your name, the service you need and your sponsoring department where applicable.
2 Already have an account but can’t sign in?
If you have a UBD account but cannot access NADI — for example a forgotten password, a locked account, or missing access to a service you expect — the IT Service Desk can help. Please include your name, UBD ID and a description of the problem so they can assist you quickly.
